3rd March : Thank you to the litter picking stalwarts who turned out for us this (pretty miserable weather-wise) Sunday morning. They did a sterling job, as evidenced by the rubbish collected.

Our next litter pick is now planned for Monday 8th April, the day after the BloodAxe Vikings have stormed the Hill Fort. We will be litter picking in the Country Park (and Hill Fort) from 2 pm. Let’s hope the weather is nicer then.

As well as the litter grabs and gloves, we also provide the bags and a High-Viz jacket. Refreshments afterwards.

We have added more litter-picking dates to our “Events for 2019” news/events post, so that you can add them to your diaries to make sure you don’t miss any. We will confirm which park and start times nearer the dates, so please keep checking.
