The cowslips that we planted in our Wildflower Meadow some 6-7 years ago are now looking great.

We’re sure that getting our favourite Shire horse, William, to chain-harrow that part of the Meadow last September (assisted by his owner, Robert Clarke of Hartwell Shires) has helped them along.

Hopefully William’s efforts will mean that the other wildflowers we planted in the Meadow at the same time will also give us a good show as the summer progresses.
