This was a great success, with many species being recorded. We will try and repeat this exercise in 2019.

As well as all the above Walks and Trappings (and Releases), children can be a Nature Detective ~ come to the BioBlitz Hub within the hill fort between 10am and 4pm to help us :

•    >  spot the species treasure hunt
•    >  record as many species as possible
•    >  fill in activity sheets
•    >  bug hunting

Children’s activities will include :

• nature colour-in sheets,
• spotter sheets,
• identification of, and information on, all the species brought back to the Hub,
• a treasure trail looking for photos of wild life
